Corona, California – One person has died in a small plane crash in Corona.
The Corona Fire Department was called to a site near Palos Verde Drive and Aurburndale Street early Saturday morning. First responders arrived at the scene to find an aircraft on fire after it had crashed into a tree.

Although firefighters were able to put out the fire, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The number of people on the plane was not made public by the officials.
